JK系列智能集成電力電容器是0.4kV低壓電網(wǎng)高效節(jié)能、降低線損、提高功率因數(shù)和電能質(zhì)量的新一代無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備。它由智能測(cè)控單元、過零投切開關(guān)電路、保護(hù)單元、兩臺(tái)(△型)或一臺(tái)(Y型)低壓電力電容器構(gòu)成。替代常規(guī)由智能控制器、熔絲、復(fù)合開關(guān)或機(jī)械式接觸器、熱繼電器、低壓電力電容器、指示燈等散件在柜內(nèi)和柜面由導(dǎo)線連接而組成的自動(dòng)無功補(bǔ)償裝置。改變了傳統(tǒng)無功補(bǔ)償裝置體積龐大和笨重的結(jié)構(gòu)模式,從而使新一代低壓無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備具有補(bǔ)償效果更好,體積更小,功耗更低,價(jià)格更廉,節(jié)約成本更多,使用更加靈活,維護(hù)更加方便,使用壽命更長(zhǎng),可靠性更高的特點(diǎn),適應(yīng)了現(xiàn)代智能電網(wǎng)對(duì)無功補(bǔ)償?shù)母咭蟆?/p>
JK series intelligent integrated power capacitor bank as a new generation of reactive power compensating device, is used in 0.4KV low voltage network, to realize energy saving, reduce the line loss, improve power factor and electric quality, it consists of intelligent monitoring device, over-zero switching circuit, protective unit, two pieces of (△ connection) or one piece of (Y connection) low voltage power capacitor(s), substitute for the traditional compensating system constructed in cabinet by use of intelligent controller, fuses, combination switch or mechanical contactor, thermal relay, low voltage power capacitor, indicators and etc accessories, which sweep away the defect of large space and heavy weight in traditional devices, realize better compensating effect, smaller size, lower onsumption loss, lower cost, the maintenance is more convenient, longer working life, and higher reliability, it can completely meet with the requirement of latest intelligent reactive power compensating for modern power network.

1、使用條件:海拔2000米以下,環(huán)境溫度-25℃~ 50℃;相對(duì)濕度20℃, 90%。
2、額定電壓:250VAC、50Hz。
3、額定容量:共補(bǔ)5-40kvar,分補(bǔ)5-20kvar。
4、電容允差:-5~ 10%。
5、最高允許過壓:110%額定電壓。
主要特點(diǎn)
1、體積小、安裝簡(jiǎn)便,可隨機(jī)就地智能補(bǔ)償,只需補(bǔ)接信號(hào)輸入即可進(jìn)行自動(dòng)投切。
2、可一機(jī)自動(dòng)智能,亦可多機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能,實(shí)現(xiàn)多機(jī)自動(dòng)聯(lián)網(wǎng)投運(yùn),無需再增控制器 控制。
3、集成電容可自動(dòng)顯示功率因數(shù)、電網(wǎng)電壓、電網(wǎng)二次電流、產(chǎn)品溫度及產(chǎn)品故障顯示。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用電氣連接及接線示意
1、產(chǎn)品的配線要求
產(chǎn)品與電源端的連接導(dǎo)線規(guī)格:一般情況,單臺(tái)總?cè)萘繛?0kvar以
上的共補(bǔ)和總?cè)萘繛?0kvar分補(bǔ)電容器,應(yīng)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)16mm2截面積的多
芯銅導(dǎo)線,其余規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)10mm2截面積的多芯銅導(dǎo)線。
產(chǎn)品與產(chǎn)品間的信號(hào)線連接導(dǎo)線規(guī)格:信號(hào)線包括電流取樣線、RS-
485通信線、指示燈線、外控信號(hào)輸入線等。信號(hào)線上所載電流很小,選
擇強(qiáng)度合適的銅導(dǎo)線即可,一般采用截面積為0.75mm2左右的多芯銅導(dǎo)線。
各臺(tái)之間RS-485通信線并接。電流信號(hào)線并接后接到JK-CF二次電
流互感器的輸出端。

Main Features
1. Small size, easy installation, it can be used for local compensating at any
place, that is able to work after main circuit and signal circuit connected with
this device.
2. One bank can operate independently, several capacitor banks can be interlinked
to operate, no more controller required furthermore.
3. It can display power factor, network voltage, secondary current of network,
capacitor temperature and fault.
4. It can set the capacitor switching-in power factor, voltage cutting-off value
and etc according to the actual conditions.
Wiring Diagram And Illustration Of Product Application
1. Wire requirements
The conductor connected between products and power supply: generally
the capacitor for three phase compensating more than 30KVAr and for respective
compensating more than 20KVar shall adopt the multi-core copper wire with
sectional cross area 16mm2, the others utilize multi-core copper wire with
sectional cross area 16mm2.
The signal wire between products: signal wire including current sampling
wire, RS-485 communication wire, indicator wire, input wire for outside control
signal and etc. the carrying current is small, so it use the copper wire with proper
strength, generally adopt multi-core copper wire with sectional cross area 0.75mm2
The communication wires for RS-485 in each capacitor banks are shunt
connected. The current signal wires are in parallel connected and connected to
secondary output terminal of CT in JK-CF.
