行程開(kāi)關(guān)就是一般所說(shuō)的限位開(kāi)關(guān)??梢岳斫鉃槭且唤M接通或斷開(kāi)的簡(jiǎn)單電路。
“用來(lái)檢測(cè)物體是否移動(dòng)到限定的位置”,例如,機(jī)床的移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)上裝撞塊,相對(duì)不動(dòng)的床身上裝行程開(kāi)關(guān),當(dāng)機(jī)床工作臺(tái)移動(dòng)預(yù)先設(shè)定的距離后,工作臺(tái)上的撞塊壓動(dòng)床身上安裝的行程開(kāi)關(guān),行程開(kāi)關(guān)斷開(kāi)或接通,就有電信號(hào)反應(yīng)到控制柜中,工作臺(tái)停止移動(dòng)或反向移動(dòng)。

常開(kāi)與常閉是開(kāi)關(guān)的兩種原始狀態(tài),常開(kāi)型一般指沒(méi)有壓下的狀態(tài)電路是開(kāi)通的,常閉型一般指沒(méi)有壓下的狀態(tài)電路是斷開(kāi)的。根據(jù)需要來(lái)進(jìn)行選擇,開(kāi)關(guān)的常開(kāi)點(diǎn)斷開(kāi)或常閉點(diǎn)閉合。
