學(xué)術(shù)水平測(cè)驗(yàn)考試 ，是美國高中生進(jìn)入美國大學(xué)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入學(xué)考試。SAT考試成績(jī)是美國大學(xué)唯一能夠得到的、可以比較來自不同地區(qū)和學(xué)校學(xué)生的成績(jī)，所以對(duì)錄取與否及獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金多少的影響非常大。美國3600余所大學(xué)都接受SAT考試成績(jī)。二、考試簡(jiǎn)介SAT考試分為兩部分：1.SATI（SATReasoningTest）：包括數(shù)學(xué)、閱讀、寫作3個(gè)部分，考試時(shí)間為3小時(shí)45分鐘。2.SATII（SATSubjectTests）：包括數(shù)學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)、生物、文學(xué)、美國歷史、世界歷史、外語（漢語、日語、德語、法語、西班牙語、拉丁語等20種）。部分美國名校只要求中國留學(xué)申請(qǐng)人提供SATI的成績(jī)，部分院校及專業(yè)要求申請(qǐng)人提供SATII的單科考試成績(jī)。SATII考試時(shí)間為1小時(shí)，大部分為選擇題，每科滿分為800分，主要考查考生某一學(xué)科的知識(shí)和運(yùn)用這些知識(shí)的能力。三、考試報(bào)名決定報(bào)名前，首先要有一張國際通用信用卡，如果沒有，需要辦理一張中國銀行的 長(zhǎng)城國際信用卡 。具體報(bào)名程序如下：1.登錄www.collegeboard.com注冊(cè)個(gè)人信息，從而獲得用戶名和密碼；2.登錄SAT首頁，進(jìn)入自己的賬戶。填寫個(gè)人在校成績(jī)、期望申請(qǐng)的專業(yè)等信息；3.上述信息填寫完畢后，第二次登錄時(shí)，這些信息不會(huì)出現(xiàn)，此時(shí)直接點(diǎn)擊 newregistration 進(jìn)入即可。在注冊(cè)第一頁選擇考試類型、考點(diǎn)、年級(jí)（美國的12年級(jí)等于中國的高中三年級(jí)）等；4.點(diǎn) continue 進(jìn)入下一頁面，選擇考試時(shí)間；5.進(jìn)入下一頁面，選擇是否接受 studentanswerservice 的服務(wù)（如果選 yes ，要交額外的費(fèi)用，但考試后可獲得考試報(bào)告）；6.進(jìn)入下一頁面，填寫欲申請(qǐng)的學(xué)校（也可以不填）；7.進(jìn)入下一頁面，選擇考試地點(diǎn)（如選擇香港，點(diǎn) search ，會(huì)出現(xiàn)幾個(gè)地點(diǎn)，可選擇其中之一；點(diǎn) add ，再選擇）；8.進(jìn)入下一頁面，此時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn) registrationinformation 、 feeandpayment 和 creditcardinformation 。填寫信用卡類型、卡號(hào)及有效期，之后會(huì)得到確認(rèn)單，報(bào)名即完成。四、什么是PSAT？PSAT（PreliminarySAT）是SAT的預(yù)備測(cè)驗(yàn)，這個(gè)測(cè)驗(yàn)的分?jǐn)?shù)可以用來申請(qǐng)NMSQT（NationalMeritScholarshipQualifyingTest，美國的模范學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資格測(cè)驗(yàn)）。對(duì)于廣大中國考生而言，PSAT難度要低于SAT，但是考試科目基本一致，都是閱讀、寫作、數(shù)學(xué)，考生可以通過PSAT的培訓(xùn)來逐步適應(yīng)SAT的考試?？梢哉f，PSAT是SAT的預(yù)演與準(zhǔn)備，PSAT與SAT相結(jié)合的培訓(xùn)能夠更有效地幫助中國考生打好基礎(chǔ)、適應(yīng)考試，更有利于考生在SAT考試中考出好成績(jī)。五、計(jì)分方式1.SAT每一類型考題都是由易而難排列。2.除SATI部分?jǐn)?shù)學(xué)題目外，SATII和SATI其他所有題目答錯(cuò)皆倒扣分，但未作答的題目則以零分計(jì)算。3.作答時(shí)可利用題目的空白處計(jì)算或做記號(hào)，但所有答案均需填寫在答題紙上才計(jì)分。答題紙要小心填寫，如有污損應(yīng)擦拭干凈。4.SATI閱讀、數(shù)學(xué)及寫作各部分的分值均為800分，SATII每科分值也是800分。六、成績(jī)查詢考試后兩周，考生可通過網(wǎng)站www.collegeboard.com查詢考試成績(jī)。七、考試建議1.準(zhǔn)許帶進(jìn)考場(chǎng)的物品：（1）護(hù)照及準(zhǔn)考證（2）2支2B鉛筆和橡皮擦　　注意：不要使用自動(dòng)鉛筆、鋼筆或圓珠筆。自動(dòng)鉛筆涂黑的效果不如2B鉛筆，使用鋼筆或圓珠筆答題則會(huì)得0分。（3）計(jì)算器（用于數(shù)學(xué)部分）（4）手表（不帶語音報(bào)時(shí)功能）（5）手袋或背包（必須放在座位下方）（6）一些食品和飲料（必須放在所帶的手袋和背包里，考試休息間隙時(shí)可以食用）2.不準(zhǔn)帶進(jìn)考場(chǎng)的物品：（1）草稿紙（2）字典、書和筆記本（3）圓規(guī)和各種尺子（4）熒光筆和彩色鉛筆（5）隨身聽和便攜式CD播放器（6）相機(jī)（7）帶有語音報(bào)時(shí)功能的手表（8）手機(jī)以及除計(jì)算器外的其他電子設(shè)備3.備考建議SAT考查考生經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)期學(xué)習(xí)所獲得的能力，準(zhǔn)備考試有短期和長(zhǎng)期兩種準(zhǔn)備：A.短期準(zhǔn)備：（1）熟悉題目結(jié)構(gòu)、題型、考試要求及考試程序；（2）詳讀InternationalSATProgramRegistrationBulletin手冊(cè)，了解更多考試及考前和考后的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)。B.長(zhǎng)期準(zhǔn)備：一般而言，短期集中的練習(xí)對(duì)熟悉考試題型和減少考試焦慮頗有幫助，但長(zhǎng)期努力才是準(zhǔn)備考試的不二法門。考生應(yīng)多選修較富挑戰(zhàn)性的學(xué)術(shù)性課程，廣泛研讀學(xué)術(shù)性及課外書籍。
