注:根據(jù)BG/T5118-1995低合金鋼焊條規(guī)定:
⒈1.Exxxx?G型焊條其熔敷金屬化學(xué)成份只要1個元素符合表中規(guī)定即可。
⒉2.Exxxx?G型焊條其夏比V型缺口沖擊吸收功不作規(guī)定,可根據(jù)雙方協(xié)議要求而定。
低合金鋼焊條使用說明
根據(jù)我國以往焊條分類習(xí)慣,焊條國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T5118?1995《低合金鋼焊條》包含以下三類:
⒈50公斤級(除熔敷金屬Mn?Si系)以上的結(jié)構(gòu)鋼焊條;
⒉鉬和鉻鉬珠光耐熱鋼焊條;
⒊低溫鋼焊條。
低合金鋼焊條的選用,通常是根據(jù)鋼材的化學(xué)成份、力學(xué)性能、抗裂性能等要求。同時還要從焊接結(jié)構(gòu)形狀、工作條件,受力情況和焊接設(shè)備等方面,進行綜合考慮。必要時,需進行焊接性能試驗來確定焊條和采取必要的工藝措施。
⒈低合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼焊條的使用
一般依鋼材的強度等級來選用相應(yīng)的焊條,同時還需要根據(jù)鋼材焊接性,母材成分的過渡,焊接結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、形狀、坡口和受力情況等因素,進行綜合考慮,在焊縫冷卻速度較大,使強度增高,焊縫接頭容易產(chǎn)生裂縫的不利情況下,往往可選用比母材強度低一些的焊條,如遇厚板多層焊或焊后進行正火處理等情況,則需防止焊縫強度過低的現(xiàn)象。對要求塑性好、沖擊韌性高、低溫性能好、抗裂性能強者,選用堿性后高韌性的焊條,對中碳鋼或鑄鋼的焊接一般可選用超低氫型,高韌性的焊條或輔以預(yù)熱等工藝措施。
⒉鉬和鉻耐熱鋼焊條的使用
珠光體耐熱鋼中常用的合金元素有鉻、鉬、釩、鈮等以適應(yīng)不同的工作要求。由于鋼中碳和合金元素的共同作用,使其在焊接時極易形成淬硬組織,焊接性能較差,應(yīng)此,珠光體耐熱鋼一般焊前進行預(yù)熱,焊后進行回火處理。
在異種鋼焊接時,一般選用與中間成分相適應(yīng)的焊接材料,并應(yīng)根據(jù)其中焊接性差的材料,選用合適的預(yù)熱溫度和焊后熱處理條件。
在單獨使用或用于厚壁管焊接時,應(yīng)選用低氫耐熱鋼焊條。
⒊低溫鋼焊條的使用
根據(jù)低溫液化氣體生產(chǎn)工藝流程的特點,低穩(wěn)鋼按不同的使用溫度(?40℃、?70℃、?90℃、?100℃、?196℃、?253℃)分級使用,并選取相應(yīng)的焊接材料。
