我司在PC/LED燈管燈罩?jǐn)D出生產(chǎn)線具有多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，已得到廣大客戶的認(rèn)可。此生產(chǎn)線主要用來生產(chǎn)PC日光燈管、LED燈管（LED日光燈管）、PC管、透明雙色管、磨砂管及日光燈，燈管種類包括光面、雙面、磨砂、噴砂、光擴(kuò)散、半圓等。

PC燈管燈罩只要用來生產(chǎn)制作LED節(jié)能燈具，LED節(jié)能燈由于其有優(yōu)越的節(jié)能環(huán)保效果，越來越得到市場的認(rèn)可，比如40W的普通日光燈光的強(qiáng)度，LED燈只需要１２W可就以達(dá)到同樣的強(qiáng)度；再都LED日光燈的使用壽命長，而且不存在汞污染。

PC燈管燈罩型材擠出生產(chǎn)線主要由擠出主機(jī)、三維電動(dòng)定型臺(tái)、皮帶牽引機(jī)、切割機(jī)、料架等部分組成。擠出主機(jī)采用高效擠出螺桿，變頻調(diào)速，依據(jù)各種規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品配置不同規(guī)格的主機(jī)；定型臺(tái)采用不銹鋼接水盤，配國產(chǎn)名牌真空泵；牽引機(jī)采用西門子電機(jī)，變頻控制，可手動(dòng)或電動(dòng)升降，皮帶式牽引；切割機(jī)采用進(jìn)口鋸片定位切斷。
