自動(dòng)清洗系統(tǒng)組成

CIP在線清洗系統(tǒng)是指設(shè)備(罐體、管道、泵、過濾器等)及整條生產(chǎn)線在無需人工拆開或打開的前提下，在一個(gè)預(yù)定時(shí)間內(nèi)，將一定溫度的清洗液通過密閉的管道對設(shè)備內(nèi)表面進(jìn)行噴淋循環(huán)而達(dá)到自動(dòng)清洗的目的。主要由單個(gè)或多個(gè)清洗液貯罐及管道、分布器、增壓泵、回流泵、氣動(dòng)控制閥、酸堿計(jì)量泵、板式換熱器，溫度控制儀、電導(dǎo)率檢測儀、液位控制儀及PLC觸摸屏、控制柜等部件組成。

Composition of automatic cleaning system

CIP online cleaning system is referred to equipment(jar, pipe, pump, filter etc), including splashing on surface inside withdefined temperature cleaner through sealed pipes in circulation, in some time under condition that no manual disconnection or no opening of the whole stream line, SO that the aim of automatic cleaning can be reached. Automatic cleaning system is composed of single or many cleaner jars, pipe, distributor, voltage plus pump, circumfluence pump, gasdrive control valve, acidalkali measurement pump, panelheat transformer, temperature controller, electricinduced rate detector,liquid level controller, PLC touch screen and controI tank,etc．

▲水預(yù)洗過程(Water pre-cleaning) 3-5 分鐘(minutes) 溫度(temp)40℃-50℃

▲堿洗過程(Alkali cleaning) 5-15 分鐘(minutes) 溫度(temp)60℃-80℃

▲中間水洗過程(Water cleaning in the middle) 3-5 分鐘(minutes) 溫度(temp)40℃-50℃

▲酸洗過程(Acid cleaning) 5-10 分鐘(minutes) 溫度(temp)60℃-80℃

▲最終水洗過程(Water cleaning at last) 3-6 分鐘(minutes) 溫度(temp)40℃-50℃
