環(huán)宇巴氏合金成份
巴氏合金的主要成分是錫、鉛、銻、銅。 其中銻和銅,用以提高合金強(qiáng)度和硬度。巴氏合金可簡(jiǎn)單地分為三種:高錫合金、高鉛合金和中間合金(合金中錫和鉛均占有重要比例)。在所有這些合金系中,銻和銅均作為重要的合金化元素和硬化元素,而且其結(jié)構(gòu)是由硬的、彌散于軟基質(zhì)中的金屬間化合物組成。
環(huán)宇巴氏合金分類(lèi)
按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),巴氏合金可以分為錫基合金和鉛基合金兩種。鉛基合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度比錫基合金低,耐蝕性也差。所以客戶(hù)在使用巴氏合金的時(shí)候,通常選用錫基合金,其常用的牌號(hào)有
zChSnSb11-6、ZChSnSb8-4、ZChSnSb8-8ZChSnSb4-4等。鉛基軸承合金的硬度、強(qiáng)度和韌性比錫基軸承合金低,常做低速、低負(fù)荷的軸承合金使用。盡管鉛基合金的性能沒(méi)有錫基合金好,但是有許多客戶(hù)仍然選擇使用,因?yàn)樗褂闷饋?lái)比較經(jīng)濟(jì),其常用的牌號(hào)有ZChPbSb16-16-2、ZChPbSb16-16-1等。

Universalbabbitt ingredients
Babbitt maincomponent is tin, lead, antimony, copper. Antimony and copper, to improve thethe alloys strength and hardness. Babbitt can simply be divided into threetypes: high-tin alloy, high-lead alloys and master alloys (and tin lead animportant share). In all these alloys lines, antimony and copper as animportant alloying element and hardening elements, and its structure iscomposed of hard intermetallic compound dispersed in a soft matrix.
Universalbabbitt classification
