2.3.2?雙作用葉片泵??1.雙作用葉片泵的工作原理??雙作用葉片泵的工作原理如圖2-10所示,泵也是由定子1、轉子2、葉片3和配油盤(圖中未畫出)等組成。轉子和定子中心重合,定子內表面近似為橢圓柱形,該橢圓形由兩段長半徑R、兩段短半徑r和四段過渡曲線所組成。當轉子轉動時,葉片在離心力和(建壓后)根部壓力油的作用下,在轉子槽內作徑向移動而壓向定子內表??,由葉片、定子的內表面、轉子的外表面和兩側配油盤間形成若干個密封空間,當轉子按圖示方向旋轉時,處在??小圓弧上的密封空間經過渡曲線而運動到大圓弧的過程中,葉片外伸,密封空間的容積增大,要吸入油液;再從大圓弧經過渡曲線運動到小圓弧的過程中,葉片被定子內壁逐漸壓進槽內,密封空間容積變小,將油液從壓??油口壓出,因而,當轉子每轉一周,每個工作空間要完成兩次吸油和壓油,所以稱之為雙作用葉片泵,這種葉片泵由于有兩個吸油腔和兩個壓油腔,并且各自的中心夾角是對稱的,所以作用在轉子上的油液壓力相互平衡,因此雙作用葉片泵又稱為卸荷式葉片泵,為了要使徑向力完全平衡,密封空間數(即葉片數)應當是雙數。?2.雙作用葉片泵的排量和流量計算??雙作用葉片泵如不考慮葉片厚度,泵的輸出流量是均勻的,但實際葉片是有厚度的,長半徑圓弧和短半徑圓弧也不可能完全同心,尤其是葉片底部槽與壓油腔相通,因此泵的輸出流量將出現微小的脈動,但其脈動率較其他
