　　巴氏合金——一種軟基體上分布著硬顆粒相的低熔點軸承合金。有錫基、鉛基、鎘基三個系列。巴氏合金除制造滑動軸承外，因其質(zhì)地軟、強度低，常將其絲或粉噴涂在鋼等基體上制成軸瓦使用。為防止成分偏析和細化晶粒，還常加入少量的砷。

　　按國家標準，巴氏合金可以分為錫基合金和鉛基合金兩種。鉛基合金的強度和硬度比錫基合金低，耐蝕性也差。所以客戶在使用巴氏合金的時候，通常選用錫基合金，其常用的牌號有ZChSnSb11-6、ZChSnSb8-4、ZChSnSb8-8等。盡管鉛基合金的性能沒有錫基合金好，但是有許多客戶仍然選擇使用，因為它使用起來比較經(jīng)濟，其常用的牌號有ZChPbSb16-16-2、ZChPbSb1-16-1等。
