有部分機器安裝調(diào)試很簡單，有電路/氣動基礎的客戶直接按照產(chǎn)品使用說明書上的要求安裝調(diào)試即可；有些需要我們公司專業(yè)技術人員安裝的機器，我們會安排專業(yè)技術人員去客戶工廠安裝調(diào)試，技術人員在安裝期間產(chǎn)生的食宿費用由買方承擔。

服務期限：一年保修。若機器發(fā)生故障，客戶可隨時撥打我公司全國統(tǒng)一客服電話：400-023-8950，我公司提供24小時全天候服務。經(jīng)電話溝通仍然無法排除的機器故障，我公司將派技術服務人員前往客戶所在地處理。保修期內(nèi)，維修費用（含更換的零配件費用、工時費及技術服務人員差旅費）均由我公司承擔；超過保修期，維修費用（含更換的零配件費用、工時費及技術服務人員差旅費）均由客戶承擔。
