?河南真牛起重機(jī)有限公司是一家大型生產(chǎn)銷售安裝一體化路橋設(shè)備廠家，公司生產(chǎn)架橋機(jī)、提梁機(jī)、固定式龍門(mén)吊、模板高頻震動(dòng)器、錐形制動(dòng)電機(jī)、連續(xù)橋梁掛籃等，公司售后管理及時(shí)，公司在售后服務(wù)一流的基礎(chǔ)成立安裝維修隊(duì)伍，對(duì)外承接安裝搬遷龍門(mén)吊、配件等。2016年公司新研發(fā)箱梁自動(dòng)噴淋設(shè)備，該自動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng)結(jié)合預(yù)制箱梁特點(diǎn)，通過(guò)組裝控制系統(tǒng)，增設(shè)行走軌道，實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)制箱梁的自動(dòng)噴淋霧化養(yǎng)護(hù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了全方位的養(yǎng)護(hù)，提高養(yǎng)護(hù)質(zhì)量和效率，保證了預(yù)制箱梁混凝土強(qiáng)度。該設(shè)備克服解決了既有人工灑水養(yǎng)護(hù)用水量過(guò)多或不足及養(yǎng)護(hù)效率低等問(wèn)題，而是通過(guò)存梁區(qū)預(yù)先規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)置的供水管道，通過(guò)人工供水給自動(dòng)噴淋儲(chǔ)水罐，開(kāi)啟開(kāi)控開(kāi)關(guān)，自動(dòng)在行走軌道上行駛，噴射的氣狀水霧達(dá)到預(yù)制箱梁養(yǎng)護(hù)的目的。整套系統(tǒng)由PLC（可編程控制器）電路控制、行走、噴灑、供水四大部分組成，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)噴灑養(yǎng)護(hù)過(guò)程中的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)控制全部由一臺(tái)PLC進(jìn)行控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化養(yǎng)護(hù)。該系統(tǒng)不但可人工手動(dòng)控制亦可通過(guò)PLC可編程控制器自行設(shè)置小車(chē)行走速度、噴灑時(shí)間及停頓時(shí)間等參數(shù)。設(shè)備行走噴淋過(guò)后，整個(gè)梁體全身濕透，沒(méi)有死角，做到了全覆蓋、既養(yǎng)護(hù)到位，節(jié)省了人工，又節(jié)能環(huán)保，節(jié)約了用水，在上級(jí)單位多次檢查中受到肯定和表?yè)P(yáng)。
