合金鋼根據(jù)各種元素在鋼中形成碳化物的傾向,可分為三類:
8、 鉬(Mo):鉬能使鋼的晶粒細化,提高淬透性和熱強性能,在高溫時保持足夠的強度和抗蠕變能力(長期在高溫下受到應(yīng)力,發(fā)生變形,稱蠕變)。結(jié)構(gòu)鋼中加入鉬,能提高機械性能。 還可以抑制合金鋼由于淬火而引起的脆性。在工具鋼中可提高紅性。
彈簧鋼 1、含碳量比調(diào)質(zhì)鋼高;2、經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)處理,強度較高 疲勞強度較高;3、用于彈簧材料。
