鋼質(zhì)防火門的結(jié)構(gòu)特點：鋼質(zhì)防火門是由門框、門扇通過合頁連接形成的，門上應(yīng)配置閉門器、防火鎖，雙扇門還應(yīng)加裝暗插銷（裝在固定扇一側(cè)）和順位器，以防門扇中縫的搭疊。如門有上亮，門扇需加裝玻璃，應(yīng)加裝具有與門同等防火極限的防火玻璃。由于鋼板幅面尺寸的約束，單扇門板在門面無接縫的情況下，門寬可制作尺寸為≤1200mm。甲乙丙級防火門內(nèi)部填充隔熱系數(shù)不同的不燃材料加工而成，甲乙丙級門厚度均小于45mm。門框結(jié)構(gòu)有單雙止口的兩種斷面。異型大斷面主要是為框包墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的。具有高隔音、氣密性要求的防火門多采用四面框（下檻帶止口并加設(shè)密封槽，槽內(nèi)加裝氯丁橡膠條。我廠提供的防火門是可通過消防驗收，可提供一切證明。
