除了工作介質(zhì)外,一個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)通常都是由能源元件(液壓泵)、執(zhí)行元件(液壓缸、液壓馬達(dá)或擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá))、控制元件(各種液壓閥)和輔助元件(郵箱和管路等)四類液壓元件所組成。液壓傳動(dòng)與控制的機(jī)械設(shè)備或裝置工作時(shí),其液壓系統(tǒng)以具有連續(xù)流動(dòng)性的液壓油或難燃液壓液或水作為工作介質(zhì),通過液壓泵將驅(qū)動(dòng)泵的原動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)換成液體的壓力能,然后經(jīng)過封閉管路及控制閥送至執(zhí)行器中,轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械能去驅(qū)動(dòng)負(fù)載、實(shí)現(xiàn)工作機(jī)構(gòu)所需的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)或回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)。
1.2??液壓閥的功用及重要性
液壓控制閥(簡稱液壓閥)是液壓系統(tǒng)中的控制元件,其功用是控制液壓系統(tǒng)中液體的流向、壓力及流量,以使液壓執(zhí)行器及其驅(qū)動(dòng)的工作機(jī)構(gòu)獲得所需要的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向、運(yùn)動(dòng)速度(轉(zhuǎn)速)及推力(轉(zhuǎn)矩)等。
閥。單向閥:只允許流體在管道中單向接通,反向即切斷。換向閥:改變不同管路間的通、斷關(guān)系。根據(jù)閥芯在閥體中的工作位置數(shù)分兩位、三位等;根據(jù)所控制的通道數(shù)分兩通、三通、四通、五通等;根據(jù)閥芯驅(qū)動(dòng)方式分手動(dòng),機(jī)動(dòng),電動(dòng),液動(dòng)等。圖2為三位四通換向閥的工作原理。P?為供油口,O?為回油口,A?、B?是通向執(zhí)行元件的輸出口。當(dāng)閥芯處於中位時(shí),全部油口切斷,執(zhí)行元件不動(dòng);當(dāng)閥芯移到右位時(shí),P?與A?通,B?與O?通;當(dāng)閥芯移到左位時(shí),P?與B?通,A?與O?通。這樣,執(zhí)行元件就能作正、反向運(yùn)動(dòng)。60年代后期,在上述幾種液壓控制閥的基礎(chǔ)上又研制出電液比例控制閥。它的輸出量(壓力、流量)能隨輸入的電信號(hào)連續(xù)變化。電液比例控制閥按作用不同,相應(yīng)地分為電液比例壓力控制閥﹑電液比例流量控制閥和電液比例方向控制閥等。
