我們知道,對于汽車起重機、挖掘機、裝載機等而言,其液壓缸在整個工作過程中負載方向始終維持不變。下面以起重機變幅液壓缸為例來探討雙閥芯的控制策略。?
起重機變幅缸在工作過程中其受力,負載方向始終保持不變,因此我們可以采取液壓缸有桿控用壓力控制、無桿腔用流量控制的控制策略。?
無桿腔流量控制是通過檢測連接到無桿腔側閥前后兩側的壓差,再根據(jù)所需流入或流出流量的多少,計算出閥芯開口大??;有桿腔側采用壓力控制,使該側維持一個低值的壓力,使得更加節(jié)能、高效。?
