⑴ 對(duì)于表面聲波觸摸屏主要進(jìn)行清潔工作，方法如下：
①由于表面聲波觸摸屏是通過對(duì)觸摸點(diǎn)的超聲波信號(hào)的傳遞、衰減進(jìn)行定位工作的，而較嚴(yán)重的油污、水漬等能夠吸收超聲波，造成觸摸屏定位不準(zhǔn)確甚至不工作，所以只需對(duì)觸摸屏進(jìn)行日常的清潔工作即可。
②用柔軟的毛巾和水性的玻璃清潔濟(jì)，清潔觸摸屏表面，尤其注意清潔觸摸屏四邊的聲波反射條紋，注意不要將觸摸屏上面固定的換能器及其連線碰壞；
③清潔后將計(jì)算機(jī)主機(jī)重新啟動(dòng)即可。
⑵ 對(duì)于電阻式觸摸屏主要看顯示器的前框是否壓迫到觸摸屏的有效工作區(qū)域上，如壓迫到觸摸屏的有效工作區(qū)域上請(qǐng)將顯示器的前框固定螺釘擰松即可。

在控制面板內(nèi)運(yùn)行觸摸屏控件圖標(biāo)，進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)位置工作。在校準(zhǔn)位置時(shí)，一定要垂直觸摸靶標(biāo)

遇到此問題，需重新設(shè)置。首先將原有的驅(qū)動(dòng)程序卸載掉，再重新安裝驅(qū)動(dòng)程序進(jìn)行正確的設(shè)置。否則由于系統(tǒng)注冊(cè)表內(nèi)沒有完全刪除而有可能造成操作系統(tǒng)的混亂。
4．觸摸屏不工作（表面聲波觸摸屏、五線電阻觸摸屏）
造成此類問題的原因很多，首先觀察觸摸屏信號(hào)指示燈，該燈在正常情況下為有規(guī)律的閃爍，大約為每秒鐘閃爍一次，當(dāng)觸摸屏幕時(shí)，信號(hào)燈為常亮，停止觸摸后，信號(hào)燈恢復(fù)閃爍。具體偵測(cè)方法如下：
①如果信號(hào)燈在沒有觸摸時(shí)，仍然處于常亮狀態(tài)，首先檢查觸摸屏是否需要清潔；其次檢查硬件所連接的串口號(hào)與軟件所設(shè)置的串口號(hào)是否相符，以及計(jì)算機(jī)主機(jī)的串口是否正常工作。
②運(yùn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)盤中的COMDUMP命令，該命令為純DOS下命令，運(yùn)行時(shí)在COMDUMP后面加上空格及串口的代號(hào)1或2，并觸摸屏幕，看是否有數(shù)據(jù)滾出。有數(shù)據(jù)滾出則硬件連接正常，請(qǐng)檢查軟件的設(shè)置是否正確，是否與其他硬件設(shè)備發(fā)生沖突。如沒有數(shù)據(jù)滾出則硬件出現(xiàn)故障。
③運(yùn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)盤中的SAWDUMP命令，該命令為純DOS下命令，運(yùn)行程序時(shí)，該程序?qū)柨刂瓶ǖ念愋?、連接的端口號(hào)、傳輸速率，然后程序?qū)目刂瓶ㄖ凶x取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。請(qǐng)注意查看屏幕左下角的X軸的AGC和Y軸的AGC數(shù)值，任一軸的數(shù)值為255時(shí)，則該軸的換能器出現(xiàn)故障，需進(jìn)行維修。
5．顯示器不工作
請(qǐng)檢查顯示器的電源插頭是否松動(dòng)，顯示器信號(hào)線是否松動(dòng)，計(jì)算機(jī)主機(jī)的顯示卡是否正常。如以上均正常，請(qǐng)注意顯示器在剛打開電源開關(guān)時(shí)，顯示器是否有加電時(shí)的高壓聲音，然后與您的供貨商聯(lián)系維修事宜。

7．電源系統(tǒng)異常（觸摸查詢一體機(jī)）

Run the touch screen control icon in control panel, and do calibration position work. You must vertically touch the target while position calibration.
3. Incorrect setting (control card type or connected serial port number is incorrect)
To resolve the problem, reset is needed. Firstly, unload the original drive program, then re-install the drive program and make correct setting. or else the confusion of operation system will be caused due to the incomplete deletion in system registry.

The reasons causing the problem have many, firstly observe the touch screen signal indicator lamp, the lamp will regularly flash under normal condition( around once per second). When touching the screen, the signal lamp is constantly bright, stop the touching; the signal lamp will restore flashing. The concrete detection method is as follows:
① If the signal lamp is not touched, it is still under constant brightness, firstly check whether the touch screen needs to be cleaned; secondly check whether the serial port number connected by hardware is accordant with the serial port number set by software, and the serial port of computer host is under normal work.
② Run COMDUMP command in drive disk and the command is the command under pure Dos, and add the blank and serial port code number 1 or 2 to the back of COMDUMP on running, and then touch the screen and check whether the data is rolling out. If there are data rolling out, hardware connection is normal. Please check whether the setting of software is correct and conflict with other hardware equipment. If there are not data rolling out, the hardware has faults.
③ Run SAWDUMP command in drive disk and the command is the command under pure Dos. On running program, the program will query the type, connecting terminal port number and transmission rate of control card, and then the program will read related data from control card. Please pay attention to checking AGC value of X axis and AGC value of Y axis at the bottom left corner of screen. When the value of any axis is 255, the energy converter of the axis has faults, maintenance is needed.

Please check whether the power plug of display is loose, and the signal line of display is loose and the display card of computer host is normal.
